1. The Vips is a digital platform focused on the publication and commercialization of artistic and sensual content, developed to provide a safe, ethical, and high-quality environment for both content creators and their supporters.
2. Our goal is to provide a healthy and differentiated alternative to the traditional content market, valuing the creativity, art, and individuality of creators, through features such as feed, games, stories, chat, package store, and exclusive subscriptions.
3. The mission of Vips is to build a space where the audience can experience authentic moments of connection and interaction with creators, going beyond the simple acquisition of content, strengthening bonds of admiration, respect, and real connection between creators and supporters.
4. By using Vips, you acknowledge that the platform is intended exclusively for users over 18 years old and that its purpose is to promote a pleasant, transparent, and safe environment for everyone involved.
5. By accessing or using the Vips platform, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully agreed with these Terms of Use, as well as with the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, you must refrain from using the platform.
6. The continued use of Vips after the publication of any changes to the Terms will be interpreted as tacit acceptance of the new conditions.
7. Vips may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify, update, or supplement these Terms of Use, aiming at legal compliance, improvements in the platform experience, or adjustments to its services. The changes will take effect upon publication, and users will be notified through appropriate means, such as a notice on the website, app, or registered email.

Vips is made available to the public through a WebApp (PWA) accessible at https://s2vips.com, without the need for installation from app stores.

With the goal of serving a global and diverse community, the platform is available in the following languages: Portuguese (Brazil), English, Spanish, and Japanese.

To assist its users, Vips maintains an updated FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), which provides detailed guidance on:

• Creating and managing accounts;
• Using the Vips Wallet;
• Rights and duties of supporters;
• Rules and conditions applicable to content creators;
• The platform's Policies and Terms of Use.

1. Registration on Vips is open to anyone, but full use of the platform — including enrollment, creation of the Vips Wallet, and the ability to make purchases — is restricted to users over 18 years old.
2. To create an account, the user must provide the following minimum data: nickname, email, and password, confirming the creation through a verification link sent to the provided email, or by logging in through third-party authentication services such as Google or X (Twitter).
3. The use of false, inaccurate, or third-party information during the registration process is strictly prohibited. Accounts showing irregularities, inconsistencies, or suspected fraud may be suspended or permanently deleted at the discretion of the Vips team.

4.1 Basic Client:

The Basic Client is the user who has completed the initial registration on the platform but has not yet completed the accreditation through the creation of the Vips Wallet.

1. While remaining in this condition, the Basic Client will only have access to Vips' public features, such as viewing profiles and limited free content made available by creators.
2. However, the Basic Client will not be able to purchase credits, access private content, perform exclusive interactions, or use the chat system until completing the accreditation required to become an Accredited Client.

4.2 Accredited Client (with Vips Wallet)

The Accredited Client is the one who has completed the identity verification process at https://s2vips.com/wallet, by submitting full name, official document, and date of birth, proving they are over 18 years old.

Once accredited, the user will be able to create their Vips Wallet, add balance, and access all platform features, including private content and exclusive interactions.

Available payment methods:

• Brazil: Pix, cryptocurrencies, credit card, and bank slip (boleto).
• International: Credit card and cryptocurrencies with conversion calculated in dollars at the time of purchase.

Rules regarding balance:

1. The amount added to the Vips Wallet can only be refunded if it has not yet been used.
2. When using the balance to purchase private content, the User understands that they are paying for the possibility of access and viewing within the Platform, and not for the definitive acquisition or reproduction of the file.
3. There will be no right to refund or reimbursement after the access to the purchased content has been made available, even if the User does not fully view it or expresses subjective dissatisfaction with its content, since access is considered granted from the moment the content becomes available for viewing within the Platform. Refunds will only be applicable in cases of proven failure in providing access, technical unavailability that prevents use, operational error attributable to the Platform, or duly proven situations of violation of the Platform’s guidelines by the Creator responsible for the content, always subject to analysis and validation by Vips’ internal team.
4. The content purchased by the User will remain accessible according to the acquisition modality, except in cases of account deletion, removal by the Creator, or legal order, in compliance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018).
5. Content purchased via chat and games: will remain available in the User’s Vips Backpack as long as the creator’s account remains active;
6. Content purchased via store: will remain available through the store link, according to the availability defined by the creator, and may be removed at any time at their sole discretion;
7. Content accessed through feed subscription: will remain available in the feed as long as the subscription is active and valid.

The participation of creators on Vips is restricted and subject to the exclusive approval of the platform’s team, which evaluates quality, suitability, and alignment with the community’s objectives.

Once approved, creators receive a welcome kit with guidelines, best practice recommendations, and access to specialized support from the Vips team.

Creators can publish and monetize their content through the following features:

• Public Feed and Stories, accessible to any registered user;
• Private Feed and Stories with a 30-day monthly subscription;
• Product Store with closed file packages;
• Individual or group chat, with public or private media sharing;
• Goals with Gifts, where targets are set for a specific purpose;
• Gifts, in feed posts or in chat;

5.1 Right of Use:

By posting media (photos, videos, audios, or texts), creators grant Vips the right to display and promote their content, both within the platform and on official external channels, such as Vips’ social media profiles, always with the purpose of promoting and valuing the creator’s work.

Activity Rules

1. Creator accounts with inactivity exceeding 3 months may be blocked, with reactivation subject to review by the Vips team.
2. When offering subscriptions, the creator assumes the contractual commitment to fulfill the 30-day content availability period, as provided in the subscription purchased by the client.
3. A request for account deletion may only be made after the conclusion of all active commitments with subscribers, ensuring that no client is harmed.

Vips is a platform focused on the artistic and sensual expression of its creators, always respecting legal and ethical boundaries.

Allowed Content

• Publication of artistic sensual and sexual content, as long as it complies with the law and the platform’s rules.

Prohibited Content

The publication, sharing, or commercialization of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content, including but not limited to: child pornography, sexual exploitation, hate speech, extreme violence, trafficking of illicit drugs, advocacy of terrorism, or any criminal practice.
• Third-party content without express authorization, including copyrighted materials.
• Promotion of competing platforms or encouragement of users to migrate to other services outside Vips.
• Tagging, offering, or intermediating in-person meetings or arrangements through Vips.

Copyright

All content published by creators belongs to them and is protected by current legislation. However, by using the platform, creators grant Vips a limited license to use such content for promotion and disclosure on its own channels and campaigns.

Prohibition of Improper Reproduction

Clients and users are prohibited from downloading, copying, recording, redistributing, or reproducing content outside the Vips environment. Screenshots, recordings, or any form of unauthorized sharing constitute a legal and contractual violation, subjecting the offender to civil, criminal, and administrative sanctions, in addition to account suspension or deletion from the platform.

Vips adopts security measures recognized in the market to protect its users’ accounts and transactions carried out on the platform. Among the applied resources are:

• Social login (Google, X) as a form of authentication;
• Email code validation for greater access protection;
• Withdrawals limited exclusively to bank accounts in the name of the accredited holder, ensuring greater reliability in financial operations.

Despite adopting advanced protection technologies, Vips cannot guarantee absolute security against intrusions, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access, since no system is completely immune to risks.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (login and password) and for all activities carried out on their account. In case of suspected misuse, the user must immediately notify the Vips team through the official support channel.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use or engaging in any conduct considered abusive, illegal, or contrary to the rules of Vips may result in the application of sanctions, at the sole discretion of the platform, including:

• Temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the account of the offending user;
• Blocking of the Vips Wallet and temporary retention of balance until the conclusion of the internal investigation;
• Reversal of amounts to affected clients, when a contractual breach or irregular practice by creators or clients is proven;
• Referral of the case to the competent authorities in serious situations involving fraud, crimes, or the publication of illegal content.

The application of penalties does not exclude the possibility of civil and criminal liability of the offending user, in accordance with current legislation.

• All elements that make up Vips — including, but not limited to, brand, trade name, logos, software, source code, design, interface, layout, graphic arts, texts, images, and other institutional content — are the exclusive property of the company responsible for the platform and are protected by current intellectual property and copyright laws in Brazil and abroad.
• Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, licensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform or its contents without the prior express written authorization of Vips.
• Any unauthorized use may result in the sanctions provided for in these Terms, as well as civil and criminal liability, in accordance with applicable law.

The rules on balance and refunds follow the provisions set forth in the section Accredited Client (with Vips Wallet) of these Terms.

Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions to private content are automatically renewed at the end of each 30-day cycle, unless the client requests prior cancellation.
• Cancellation prevents new renewals but does not generate a proportional refund for the period already paid.

Creators’ Obligations

• Creators who make content available through subscriptions commit to ensuring access to the content for the full 30-day period, starting from the subscription activation date.
• Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties, including refunds to affected clients and deletion of the creator’s account.

Vips’ Intermediation

• Vips acts exclusively as an intermediary in the relationship between creators and clients, providing the technological infrastructure and payment methods. The company is not responsible for individual breaches by creators or clients, but may intervene and apply appropriate sanctions, as provided in these Terms and applicable legislation.

The user may, at any time, request the permanent deletion of their account on the platform, by submitting the request through Settings Menu > Account

Data Deletion

• In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), all personal data linked to the account will be removed after deletion, except in cases of mandatory legal retention.

In the case of content creators, all published files must also be removed, ending the availability of such content to clients, in accordance with the Activity Rules of these Terms.

Wallet Balance

• If there is a remaining balance in the Vips Wallet, it may be refunded to the user provided there are no pending issues, damages, or ongoing investigations related to the account’s use.
• The refund will follow Vips’ internal review procedures and timelines.

Vips provides the technological infrastructure for interaction between creators and clients but is not responsible for situations beyond its direct control. Therefore, the platform is not liable for:

• User conduct, including illegal, abusive, or behavior contrary to the Terms of Use;
• Content published by creators, which remains the sole responsibility of its authors;
• Temporary interruptions or malfunctions resulting from technical maintenance, updates, internet unavailability, or issues with external providers; or the use of third-party devices and software;
• Expectation of lifetime access to purchased content, since such content may be removed if the creator deletes their account, deletes their files, or in cases of platform termination, in compliance with applicable law, including the LGPD.

Under no circumstances will Vips be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any kind of losses resulting from the use of the platform.

These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including, but not limited to:

• Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD);
• Law No. 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), when applicable.

The court of the district of São Paulo, SP, is elected, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be, to resolve any disputes or controversies arising from these Terms of Use or from the use of the platform.

International users: in addition to Brazilian law, local laws of the user’s country may complement these Terms.
